Tuesday, April 10th

11:00AM Molecular Biology Lecture
Cajun grilled salmon (5 oz.) with 1/2 cup of mango raisin rice and 3/4 cup of zucchini and corn. The salmon was sadly pretty dry, since I bought it from Baker dining last night and microwaved before class. But the mango raisin rice was lovely.

6:30PM Harvard Square Uno Chicago Grill
Tuesday night all-you-can-eat at Uno's. 1 garden salad with dressing on the side, 1 personal size Numero Uno deep dish pizza (crust not eaten), a couple bites of my boyfriend's fettuccine alfredo. There was a table of girls sitting next to us who basically ate nothing and complained about food the whole night. One girl ordered a salad with BBQ sauce instead of dressing. The other two girls shared an entree of grilled shrimp skewers and roasted vegetables… as in one girl ate the shrimp, and one girl ate the roasted vegetables. The bread stick that came with the entree, well nobody wanted that, they kept trying to offer it to each other and nobody wanted it. What a sad dinner they had.

This and the next few posts are catchup posts, so no counting calories and I probably can't remember the amounts too well. Forgive me :P
